Learning and placement.
Do I need to know my level?
No. Start by sharing your goals. We’ll explain the appropriate placement step.
Does the starting-point form test my English?
No. It collects learning preferences and availability.
Are all A1–C2 levels open?
The level guide explains the CEFR framework. Available ALI courses are confirmed before enrollment.
Will I learn with a coach?
Human teaching is part of the ALI Online model. The ALI Online offer includes live coach-led cohort sessions. Available times and group size are confirmed before you join.
What does AI do?
Supported activities provide additional practice and feedback. Ask your coach about feedback that seems unclear or incorrect.
How soon will I become fluent?
That depends on your starting point, goals, practice and participation. We do not promise one timeline for everyone.
Joining and payments.
How much is ALI Online?
$120 USD per month. Any applicable taxes and the full recurring billing terms are shown before payment.
Are private lessons included?
No. Private tutoring is separate from the planned cohort offer.
Can I use a phone?
Ask us to confirm compatibility for your device and the activities in your program before enrolling.
How do cancellations and refunds work?
Your enrollment offer explains how to cancel and which refund terms apply before you subscribe. For an existing subscription, contact learner support using the details in your enrollment confirmation.
Will I get a certificate?
The advertised offer covers classes and practice. A certificate is included only if your specific enrollment offer lists one and explains its requirements.
Does sending a form reserve a seat?
No. It starts an inquiry. Enrollment is confirmed through the agreed registration and payment process.
